Does anyone know the recipe for Wong’s Cafe Szechuan Shrimp or Egg Rolls, please!?

Wong Cafe is a good Chinese restaurant, and if You ever been there can tell you his eggroll recipes, they are very large and good. Even their Szechuan shrimp recipe, I can not find anything like this, which require katsup and is not correct. Please help me .. I will choose the best bet:)
